This beer pours a cloudy pale yellow, with a foaming white head which subsides.
On the nose, the classic hints of orange peel and coriander present strongly, along with hints of the wheat. It ticks all the boxes for what ix expected for a Belgian witbier.
There is both wheat and oats used, as well as coriander and orange peel. The flavour is also true to style with gentle spicing and a nice citrus component, a light refreshing body and a slightly peppery finish. Definitely a great beer for a warm summer afternoon.
