Bon Secours Noel is the Christmas seasonal beer from the Brasserie Caulier. It is a blonde Christmas beer of 10% ABV.
It is a beautiful golden straw colour, with lots of yeast sediment and a rocky snow white froth. The smell is of light fruits and yeast, with a light spicy background.
The flavour is of mildly sweet apricot, peach and citrus, and also wheat and mild spices. The beer is well carbonated and very lively, adding to the peppery prickle. It finishes warm with the alcohol – perfect for a cold late night.
