A lovely clear, copper-coloured body with a foamy cap. Floral and citric notes from the hops combine with sweet fruits and hints of caramel.
The taste is initally sweet, followed by the biscuity malts which combine well with the bitterness from the generous Kent hop additions and dry-hopping. The beer finishes slightly dry, without being too bitter; this is definitely a moreish brew.
History of the Beer: Originally a beer from an English brewer who settled in Belgium at the turn of last century. His grandson Anthony currently runs the company.
